• JWS Refrigeration & Air Conditioning first opened its door for business in 1972 with a Service department headed and staffed by Mr. John W. Scragg and a handful of technicians and office personnel. As the customer base grew, the Sales department was formed.

  • In 1978, JWS became incorporated and the following year, the Mechanical Construction department was established. 

  • JWS Ltd. was known as a leader in introducing Heat Recovery Systems to Guam.

  • The Sales Department expanded to include Hotel and Restaurant Food Service Equipment and Supplies.

  • In 1993, JWS Air Conditioning and Refrigeration was established in Saipan.

  • JWS’ exclusivity rights and distribution network with world-leading manufacturers extending to major brands in the United States, China, Malaysia and Australia allow the company to offer new and innovative products with the confidence of reflecting current “State of the Art” technology and products.

  • JWS Ltd. committed to energy conservation by offering a range of high quality air conditioning equipment that meets the criteria of GPA’s Energy Efficiency Program.

  • JWS adopted the logo of “Serving the Pacific” and is proud to have been serving private, public and military customers in Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI) and throughout the Pacific.
