Scope of Work: Upgrade air conditioning system at various locations on AAFB. Replacement of chill water systems with direct expansion system, removal and installation of hot water tanks, replacement of ductwork. Supply and install one 40 Ton units, one 50 Ton unit, one 120 Ton unit and two 400 ton units, including all air handling units and pipe work. Included were design and build for the Library, Building 17000, Family Support Services building and AAFB Flight Kitchen, Aqua Snap Chiller, Buildings 1091, 18005, 23002, 25024, and the AAFB Hotel to name a few.

U.S. Naval Forces - Freezer

Scope of Work: Design, build and upgrade the refrigerant system for the Naval Facility Freezers. Remove chill water system, install direct expansion refrigeration system. Replace all air handling units, compressors, expansion tank, cooling tower and refrigerant piping. System is monitored by DDC control.
