Our 14,000 sqft warehouse in Tamuning houses a complete sheet metal fabrication workshop. Our experienced sheet metal cutters and benders can design any type of ducting you need. Our Tamuning warehouse also houses a paint booth that we use to Phenolic coat the condenser coils of the units we sell. Phenolic coating extends the life of our air-conditioners by protecting the coils from the damaging effects of Guam's highly corrosive, salt-water environment.
The JWS Construction department can handle all your contracting needs. The Construction department staff are experts at project estimation and design. Our licensed contractors can handle all your building needs, from a simple residential cooling system to the complexities of an entire office building with electronic controls. FHP Medical Center – Tamuning
Replaced existing air-handling unit with upgraded 67-ton AHU and high efficiency blower providing more capacity.
UOG Student Center
Design - Build. Replaced chilled water system with 70-ton direct expansion system to control humidity and mold.
UOG Humanities & Social Services Building
Design - Build. Replaced chilled water system with 70-ton direct expansion system to control humidity and mold.
UOG Business & Public Administration Building
Design - Build. Replaced chilled water system with 8ea 20-ton direct expansion systems to control humidity and mold.
UOG College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences Building
Design - Build. Replaced chilled water system with 4ea 20-ton and 1ea 30-ton direct expansion systems to control humidity and mold.
MCI Project – Pulantat Facility
Design - build. Replaced chilled water system with 2ea 20-ton package units, 2ea 15-ton package units, and 2ea 25-ton condensing units. Replaced all ductwork with high efficiency, energy saving insulated ducting.

Scope of Work:
Upgrade air conditioning system at various locations on AAFB. Replacement of chill water systems with direct expansion system, removal and installation of hot water tanks, replacement of ductwork. Supply and install one 40 Ton units, one 50 Ton units, one 120 Ton unit and two 400 ton units including all air handling units and pipe work. Included were design and build for the Library, Building 17000, Family Support Services building and AAFB Flight Kitchen, Aqua Snap Chiller, Buildings 1091, 18005, 23002, 25024, and the AAFB Hotel to name a few.

U.S. Naval Forces - Freezer

Scope of Work:
Design, build and upgrade the refrigerant system for the Naval Facility Freezers. Remove chill water system, install direct expansion refrigeration system. Replace all air handling units, compressors, expansion tank, cooling tower and refrigerant piping. System is monitored by DDC control.
