In 1972 we began with only a Sales & Service department, and knew that in order to fulfill our mission to become the best in our industry, we needed to be able to provide our customers with the best air-con, hotel and restaurant equipments and service they can buy.
In 1978 we became incorporated and in the following years opened up a Constructions department so we can be able to manufacture parts to increase our productivity and a Hotel and Restaurant department to increase our line of service.
We became the first to introduce heat recovery systems to Guam and we are currently in the lead in commercial and residential refrigeration and air-conditioning in Guam, CNMI, FSM, Palau and Chuuk. As of today we hold distributorship titles to some of the best air-con, hotel and restaurant equipments and have a factory-direct connection to our product’s manufactures.
We hope that with over 35 years of experience in Guam and the Pacific Area, we still continue to maintain this lead, and continue to maintain our philosophy of quality and professionalism by focusing on our customer needs and maintaining excellent service.
